Hi! Thanks for stopping by...

I love.... God, hubby, my posse of kids, wool, jelly beans, quilting, my Canon 50d, watermelon, fabric, Philadelphia Soft Pretzels, TastyCakes, my Bunco girls, laughing, my chickens, antique quilts, buttons, sewing, photography, freshly bathed babies, camping, the sound of snow falling at night, Fiestaware, Elm Creek Quilt books, and a whole lot more! I am a Pastor's wife,a homeschooling mom, a proud Navy mom, and am just downright busy!

I like them both

Do you see the banner to the right, Project 52 ?

Well, its a year long project to advance one's photography skills.  Each week, the gal in charge over there gives us a 'theme'... something to shoot during the week.
The picture has to be taken during that particular week  and posted on the group site at Flickr.com.

Anyway... this week's theme is Shades of Gray.

What to shoot?  Most people posting are using actions or presets to change their pix to 'shades of gray'.  Ok, I did the same thing.  No judging here, lol.

Well, morbid and curious me stopped at the Veterans' Memorial Cemetary in Boulder City this morning.  The sun was wiggling it's way through the overcast skies.  I took several shots, but these 2 are my favorites.  I am debating submitting on of these for the weekly assignment.
What do you think?
